Chinese Valentine ... Happy Chap Goh Mei!

Guess what Valentine's present I got this year?

It's something new, exciting, and so different from the norm. My partner brought me on a treasure hunt to find my pressie ;). Started last Sunday, and it'll last for a week *wink*. So, still waiting for clues now.

One of the task to accomplish in the hunt is.... para-sailing! :D Of course there's something I need to shout in the middle of the sea, dangling from the air. Hahaha... but I'll keep that off the public.

Really love the para-sail. Though we have to go on our own, both of us tried it. Our first experiences ... and I really love the feeling of being so high up in the air. Way way safer than bungee-jumping or sky-diving. And considering my phobia of heights, this is quite a exhilirating experience :)

After that, we went together on a jet ski (not part of the mission). Went crazy on this, we went soooo far, that we got a 'bit' lost. We thought we were heading back to the resort, when the guide came for us hahaha. Flagged for us to follow him back. Quite surprised initially that he drove off. Turns out, our resort, is way way off our 'mark'. Quite funny thinking about it ;)

Oh morning event is, we went for a normal breakfast at a new cafe, but I'm touched because he was driving around Penang, looking on a place where I can have my favourite food. That was part of the hunt too. Looking for my 'yew char koay', a chinese snack dipped in black hot coffee. He's really creative in this hehe.

Night event, meet up with a bunch of frenz, to celebrate her bday. Gave her a pizza in replacement of birthday cake. She loves the 'twist' hahaha! We went to this nice romantic cafe (Faces, in Penang) where there's live singing going on too. Their mixed fruit drinks are still as nice as ever. And really love the atmosphere!

Quite a day to celebrate the chinese valentine ...
